Record asset ID, make/model, pit dimensions, capacity, mechanism, symptoms reported by staff, age, previous work, parts availability, site access, operating constraints, downtime window and whether a repair-vs-replacement comparison is requested. Do not ask staff to make mechanical, hydraulic or electrical repairs.
